High Intensity Training (HIT)

High Intensity Training (HIT) is an intensive precision-stimulus of all layers of the muscles. During the workout with our state-of-the-art equipment Nautilus One, you ‘burn’ in a highly controlled manner through these layers until ‘muscle failure’ occurs. The body then produces a signal that sets all kinds of health effects in motion. The most spectacular phenomenon is the increase of muscle strength and the ‘tightening’ of body tissue.

The effect immediately after the workout is feeling tired, but very satisfied! And the probably most valuable effect: your life force increases and with that your quality of life.
