High Intensity Training (HIT) is an intensive precision-stimulus of all layers of the muscles. During the workout with our state-of-the-art equipment Nautilus One, you ‘burn’ in a highly controlled manner through these layers until ‘muscle failure’ occurs. The body then produces a signal that sets all kinds of health effects in motion. The most spectacular phenomenon is the increase of muscle strength and the ‘tightening’ of body tissue.

In recent months I have done High Intensive Training at Koudstaal. Why? As a videographer and photographer I think it’s important that I can continue to lift that much too heavy equipment all day long, but also to stay fit. So I did the trial lesson. I don’t know what happened to me. Primal forces were tapped and it was really a party! I’ve tried working out more than once, but without any knowledge or experience, so I only kept it up for a few moments. With the guidance of Koudstaal you work in a controlled manner on a good physical condition without injuries or crazy aches. A session is a party, before you know it you are unabashedly screaming because you try to squeeze out the very last bit of muscle power. In September 2020 I started training with Lennert. Now, a little over a year later, I find the result astonishing. With half an hour of training once a week, I have become a completely different person. I am 10 kilos lighter and have built up a mountain of muscle mass. The high-intensity training is short and very powerful. Perfect when you have little time and still want a lot of results. High intensity with high quality !!
